Smog on Thursday morning, light rain ahead

New Delhi, Jan 7 (IANS) Delhi woke up to a thick blanket of smog on Thursday morning with the minimum temperature being recorded four notches above the season’s average at 11.5 degrees Celsius.

The Met department has forecast light rain ahead.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 24 degrees Celsius.

Wednesday’s maximum temperature settled five notches above average at 24 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature at 11.6 degrees was also five notches above the average.
