Mangalore : Louis D'Souza, aged around 75 to 80 years, who was on his way to the taluk office on personal work, collapsed and fell near the Commissioner's office, at around 12,20 pm on july 5. Abdul Nasir a social activist who came to the help of this fallen person, called 108 for necessary medical attention.

First aid was given to Louis D'Souza on the spot.  Later he w been taken to the Wenlock hospital.  The family status and address of Louis D'Souza is not known. 

Mangalorean.com when inquired with him, found that he is from Jeppu and travelled by route number 5 to Taluk Office.  He also said that some of his relatives are in Bondel.  When asked about his family and other details, he is not able to remember. 

Anyone knowing the person, is requested to inform his family and contact Wenlock hospital, where he is admitted in casualty department.
