Mangalore: Good Samaritan K. N. Uchil Extends Medical Aid To A Ailing Girl

Mangalore: Mumbai based businessman and well known personality of Thiya Community in Mumbai,  Krishna N. Uchil donated Rs. 50,000 to a 11- year old girl from Vorkady, near Manjeshwar, Kasargod district. The girl was facing a serious illness as the back portion of her head was starting to  grow, and she is unable to bear the weight and the pain, her situation was already published in local news papers for medical help.

Uchil was attending a function in Mangalore organized by Bharatiya Thiya Samaj at Sankappa Memorial Hall, Jeppu. It was the 25th Death Anniversary of Late Shri Narayana Kartappa, a social worker from Thiya community who was also the founder president of  Bharatiya Thiya Samaj having its local committees all over India.

During this occasion  Krisnha N. Uchil handed over the cheque of Rs. 50,000 to the relative of the girl for her medical expenses. The office bearers of  Bharatiya Thiya Samaj, authorities of 18 Bhagavati temples belonging to Thiya Community were also present.
