St Antony’s statue vandalised at Kandlur

Kundapur: Miscreants vandalised St Antony’s statue at Kandlur near Basrur on Sunday, June 5 night.

The incident came to light in the morning on June 6, when people came to the church for the morning mass.

Miscreants broke the glass and destroyed the statue which was installed in front of the church gate.

Kundapur Circle inspector Divakar and subinspector Nasir with the police team visited the spot.

A case has been registered in the Kundapur police station.
