T Venkatesh IAS appointed new DC of Udupi
Udupi: T Venkatesh IAS has been appointed as the new deputy commissioner of Udupi district on July 21.
The state government issued an order Thursday evening in this regard. Dr R Vishal, the previous deputy commissioner of Udupi district was transferred as the Director of Municipal Administration in Bengaluru. Priyanka Mary Francis, CEO of Udupi Zilla Panchayat, has been given concurrent charge of the post of Deputy Commissioner of Udupi district until further orders.
T Venkatesh is an IAS officer of the 2010 batch. He has been serving as revenue member of Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru from July 21, 2014.
