Mumbai, Feb 25 (IANS) Tridha Choudhury, who has appeared in various Bengali and Telugu films, is all geared up to enter the small screen through “Dahleez”. The actress says she is excited as well as nervous over her foray in fiction TV space.

She will be seen as the female protagonist Swadheenta Ramakrishnan in Star Plus’ upcoming show “Dahleez” opposite Harshad Arora.

“My character has been very well thought of and penned down beautifully. I am nervous as well as excited to play this role as this is my first time on television. I have some brilliant actors working with me who have been in this industry for long. I’m learning as much as I can from them,” Tridha said in a statement.

Set in Delhi, “Dahleez” is the story of two individuals — Swadheenta, a young aspiring lawyer and Adarsh, an IAS officer. Both have their respective sets of values and ideals which set them apart from the crowd.
