Udupi: Bullet Bike Enthusiast M Suhail Muneer Dies in Chitradurga Road Mishap

Udupi: Muhammed Suhail Muneer (40), a bike enthusiast and founder of ‘United Riders’ group from the city, died in a road mishap in Chitradurga on Wednesday night.

A resident of Kinnimulki who ran his own business, he was a great bike enthusiast. It was an irony of fate that the bike that he enjoyed riding and which had brought him glory also caused his death during journey after a successful trip..

He had gone to Nagpur to attend the Bullet Festival Rider Mania and was on his way back from there, having taken the Chitradurga route.

As he rode on that fateful night towards Udupi, his bike was knocked down by a bus in Chitradurga, causing his spot death, according to family sources.

After a post-mortem examination, his body was brought here. He is survived by wife and two daughters.

He had formed a group of Bullet riders from here and gone on collective trips to different places including northern Indian states. He had earlier worked in the Middle East for some years.
