Udupi: District BJP Celebrates Victory in BBMP Polls

Udupi: The district Bharatiya Janata Party celebrated the party’s victory in the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike elections here on Tuesday, August 25.

Party workers gathered in front of the district BJP office at Kadiyali and raised pro-BJP slogans. They also burst fire crackers and distributed sweets to the public.

Speaking on the occasion, district president Thingale Vikramarjuna Hegde said that the victory was a clear reflection of the good work of Narendra Modi’s government and the common man has given a clear mandate against the Congress.

BJP leader Mattar Rathnakar Hegde, Raghavendra Kini, Githanjali Suvarna, Ranjith Salian, Naveen Shetty Kuthyar, Shyam Prasad Kudwa and many others participated in the celebrations.

  1. These laddu-stuffed faces are an embarrassment to Indian politics. Did they clean any street later as part of ‘swatchcha bhaaratha’ to celebrate the victory or…..just went home with more laddus stuffed in their bags and pockets? What a joke!
