Udupi: Police Constable on Duty Suffers Heart Attack, Dies

Udupi: A police constable passed away while he was on duty at the DCIB on Thursday, October 8. He suffered cardiac arrest.

The deceased has been identified as Santhosh (45), a resident of Nittur. He had been serving as police constable of Karkala Town Police Station.

On Thursday, Santhosh was deputed to the District Crime Investigation Branch (DCIB). Santhosh along with the officers had gone for an investigation near Indrali in the morning. He suffered a massive heart attack and collapsed. He was rushed him to a private hospital where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.
