Udupi: Rider Dies in Collision of Bikes near Janardana Temple in Yermal

Udupi: Two bikes collided near the Janardana temple in Yermal in the taluk on Sunday evening.

Both the riders were injured in the mishap. Of them, Rajan (60), hailing from Mastikatte of Siddapur in Kundapur taluk, died in the hospital. The other, Rajesh (36), hailing from Yermal, is recovering in the hospital.

Rajan hailed from Kasaragod but lived in his wife’s house in Kundapur. He was on his way from Mangaluru towards Kundapur.

A case has been registered in Padubidri police station.
