Udupi: Skill Development Program certificate course begins in Milagres College

Udupi: Milagres College Kallianpur, Department of Business Management (BBM) in association with Pradhan Mantri Koushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) organize a certificate course on “Skill Development Program” from 1st January to 8th January 2016.

The inaugural function of this certificate course was held at college Audio Visual Hall. It was inaugurated by   Pradeep Chandrashekaran, Founder Director and eminent trainer for financial literacy of Finmark Pvt. Ltd.   Shivaram Ravindran, trainer and Business Development Manager was present. Dr. Neri Cornelio, Principal of the college was presided over the function.   Mervin Dsouza, HoD of BBM Department and   Radhika Patkar Coordinator of Management Association were also present.   Helma Picardo was Master of Ceremony and  Ravinandan Bhat Lecturer in BBM department proposed vote of thanks.

Shobha Karandlaje, MP of Udupi – Chikkamagalur constituency has given special recommendation to organize skill oriented training to the rural youths of her constituency. Under the program of PMKVY, NSDC and NSE, 90 students of our college have been enrolled to this course. They will be issued certificate after successful completion of the course.  Especially this is the only college in Udupi district who have adopted this course from NSE.
