Udupi: Thieves Break into House at Mallar, Go Back Empty-handed

Udupi: Thieves broke into the house of Hameed, located on Kote road in Mallar village during the owner’s absence.

Hameed has gone abroad. On Tuesday, his neighbours noticed that the door had been broken open and informed the Kaup police.

They arrived and inspected the spot. Wardrobes in the house had been found rummaged. Having found nothing of value, the miscreants appear to have gone back disappointed.

The police are pursuing the case.
