The police department is investigating the case and will soon submit the report on the findings. When asked whether there was a provision for starting bus service for rural government schools, he said that he will look into the suggestion after revising the financial position of the department.

Yoga is a form of exercise and it is good for health. There is no compulsion to perform Yoga but those interested can participate in the International Yoga Day. The state government is not opposing yoga, he said.

The science department lectures should follow the main syllabus instead of global syllabus. The main syllabus will help students in CET examinations, he added.
