Deadlines and busy workflow have been a daily part of a journalist’s life. Managing time for entertainment, relaxation and active participation in other activities promotes professionalism and also builds career. Humanism should be a part of life. There are insecurities in every profession and in the journalistic profession, the insecurity of pressure, competition and finance take prominent role.

“We are witnessing effective mobility of technology in media and the mobilisation continues. Adapting new technological environments strengthens the roots of journalism. This may be the age of social media and other technological advancements, but media still plays a prominent role in the lives of people,” he added
