Ukrainian President Poroshenko wants PM to resign

Kiev, Feb 16 (IANS) Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko has called on Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk to resign to restore trust in the authorities.

“In order to restore confidence in the authorities, the president urged the prosecutor general and the premier to step down,” Tass news agency quoted presidential spokesman Svyatoslav Tsegolko as saying on Tuesday.
