  1. Pehlaj Nihilani, the controversial head of the Central Board of Film Certification, is a great admirer of Narendra Modi and can be called a boot-licker.

Naturally, though he is a -rate producer of chalu films, he is a political appointee of BJP. Naturally, toadies and lackeys have to be rewarded for their unquestionable loyalty. be it any party. Even in Indian National Congress or, shall we say as it stands today, Chotta Peg, sorry Mr. Praveen Pinto for the goof-up, Chotta Congress, the Supremo is hardly comfortable with action-oriented, erudite and dynamic people like Shashi Tharoor, but has rewarded A.K. Antony and Oscar Fernandes for their obedience and subservience. She was even discourteous to P.V. Narasimha Rao, the Prime Minister who opened India’s socialist, licence-raj and communist-like economy, when Dr. Manmohan Singh got ample leeway to display his talents.
