Vijayan wishes Jayalalithaa speedy recovery

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 24 (IANS) Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Saturday wished a speedy recovery to his Tamil Nadu counterpart J. Jayalalithaa, who is currently convalescing at a hospital in Chennai.

In a letter addressed to her, Vijayan wrote that people of Kerala were deeply sad to hear about her illness.

“I take this opportunity to wish you a very speedy recovery, so that you can resume your normal duties at the earliest,” said Vijayan.

Jayalalithaa was admitted to Apollo Hospital in Chennai on Thursday as she was suffering from fever.
