17-year-old Shravin Commits Suicide at Uppunda
Byndoor: A 17-year-old boy committed suicide by hanging himself in a locked house at Kattimane Uppunda here.
The deceased has been identified as Sharvin (17), a resident of Kattimane Uppunda. He was a student of Uppunda Pre-University college.
According to the police, on January 17, after coming back from the college, Shravin went out to play, but he never returned home. Parents thought that he must have gone to attend the Garadi Puja in Bijoor. But on January 18, when he still did not return home. Parents started to search for him and found him hanging in a house belonging to Venkatesh Shet which has been locked since many months.
The reason for the extreme step is yet to be ascertained. A case has been registered in the Byndoor police station.
