Agniveer Recruitment Rally to Be Held in Vijayapura from September 10 to 22

Vijayapura: An Agniveer Recruitment Rally will be held at Dr BR Ambedkar Stadium, Vijayapura, from September 10 to 22, 2026, by the Army Recruiting Office (ARO), Mangaluru, in association with the Vijayapura District Administration.

The rally will be conducted for shortlisted candidates from 11 districts of Karnataka—Bagalkot, Vijayapura, Dharwad, Uttara Kannada, Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Davangere, Gadag, Haveri, Chikkamagaluru and Shivamogga—as well as permanent-category candidates from Karnataka and Kerala.

Candidates who qualified in the Online Common Entrance Examination (CEE), conducted from June 1 to 12, 2026, will be called for the recruitment rally.

The recruitment categories include:

Agniveer General Duty: Candidates from the 11 shortlisted districts of Karnataka.

Agniveer Technical: Candidates from the 11 shortlisted districts of Karnataka.

Agniveer Clerk/Store Keeper Technical: Candidates from the 11 shortlisted districts of Karnataka.

Agniveer Tradesman (10th Pass): Candidates from the 11 shortlisted districts of Karnataka.

Agniveer Tradesman (8th Pass): Candidates from the 11 shortlisted districts of Karnataka.

Permanent Categories: Religious Teacher JCO (RT JCO), Soldier Nursing Assistant (Sol NA), Sepoy Pharma and Havildar Education (Hav Edn) candidates from Karnataka and Kerala.

The rally is being organised for enrolment in various categories of the Indian Army. Details regarding age, educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria are specified in the recruitment notification issued by the Army Recruiting Office, Mangaluru, and available on the official Join Indian Army website at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

The results of the Online Common Entrance Examination have been published on the website. Admit cards have already been issued to shortlisted candidates and are also available on the Join Indian Army website. Candidates can access their admit cards by logging into their individual accounts or through their registered email IDs.

Candidates have been advised not to fall prey to touts or intermediaries. The selection process is based entirely on candidates’ performance in the Online CEE, tests conducted during the recruitment rally, and the final merit list.
