Vice President of ABHM Central Committee, Dr Rajesh Ranjan said, “We were the first Hindu political party to be formed in India. ABHM was at the forefront during the freedom struggle and more than 72000 of our members have sacrificed their life for the nation. ABHM is committed to forming a united Hindu nation and works towards protecting the Hindu interests.” He clarified that a Hindu nation was not limited only for the Hindus, but people of other faith could also live in harmony.

He further said, “ABHM had elected representatives in the parliament even after independence, but lost its lustre after the emergency declared by Indira Gandhi. ABHM is working towards coming back in the mainstream.”

Ambika said, “We are not affiliated to RSS as they have a separate cell for minorities. ABHM is purely for Hindus and RSS was born out of ABHM. We have elected Naveen Kumar as the District President of ABHM and N P Shenoy will serve as the District Vice-President.”

“We wish to request the state government to form a Sanskrit Board, to give similar importance to Tulu language as given to other languages and a High Court bench should be formed,” she added.
