Bajrang Dal burns Chinese products in City
Udupi: As the nationwide-call campaign to boycott goods manufactured in China, Bajrang Dal Udupi district staged a protest by burning Chinese products at the war memorial here on Friday September 1.
Sunil K R convener of Bajrang Dal said that China was flexing its muscles along the Sino-Indian border and “supporting Pakistan. China is trying to disrupt India’s economic growth by dumping cheap Chinese products in our markets, which should be countered by using indigenous products. Chinese goods sell as they are cheaper than Indian goods. China has gained a lot since Indians buy Chinese goods and has become a strong country. China is supporting Pakistan in our fight against terrorism; it is supporting Pakistan which is a terrorist nation. We are appealing all Indians to boycott Chinese goods, especially during this festive season. Why should we allow Chinese products in India when that country is acting against our nation? Hence it is necessary to boycott Chinese products, he added.
Bajrang Dal leaders Dinesh Mendon, Narayan Maniyani, Dinesh Hebri, Girish Kundapur, Mahesh Byndoor, Sridhar and others were present.
