Burglars strike high-security residential police quarters, steal Rs 3.34 Lakh worth Valuables
Udupi: Burglars broke into two houses at the high-security residential police quarters in Manipal during the wee hours on Monday, February 13.
According to the complaint, burglars broke open the locks of two houses of Block 4 and 5 and stole valuable items all worth of Rs 3,34,500. The valuables include 157 grams gold, 1 Kg 635 grams Silver and Rs 4500 cash.
Last month Burglars had entered the same police quarters Block 6 and had stolen Rs 5.1 lakh worth of valuables.
