Devasa Family to Hold 3-day Astapavithra Nagabrahma Mandalotsava from April 27

Mangaluru: “The Astapavithra Nagabrahma Mandalotsava will be held at the Devasa Nagabrahmastana Neerumarga”, said Vedamurthy Srinivas Bhat B Bolmarguthu in a press meet held at Hotel Janatha Delux Pathumudi here on April 25.

 

Addressing the mediapersons Srinivas Bhat said, “The three-day Nagabrahma Mandalotsava will be inaugurated by the Dharmadhikari of Dharmasthala Dr D Veerendra Heggade. The Nagabrahma Mandalotsava will be organised under the able guidance of Manila Sri Mohandas Swamiji, Gopalkrishna Samaga and Muddur Krishna Prasad Vaidya team, Nataraj Vaidya and Balakrishna Vaidya.”

He further said, “On April 27, Hore Kanike will be held. From the Udupi district, Dakshina Kannada and Kasaragod district the Horekanike will reach Neermarga Junction at 1:30 pm. From Subramanya Bhajana Mandir Neermarga the Horekanike will be taken in a procession which will reach Devasa Kshetra at 3:00 pm. Various religious programmes will be held on all the three days. On the 29 afternoon, Annasantharpane will be held.

President of Nagabrahma Mandalotsava administration committee Rajkumar B C Road, General Secretary Laxman BB Elinje, Secretary Rajesh Shibaroor, Treasurer Yashodhar Polali, Suresh Kumar Sanchayagiri, Mahabala Kulal Neermarga and Ashok Kuloor were also present.
