Florin Shelomith Soans of St Aloysius College Awarded Ph.D
Mangaluru: Ms Florin Shelomith Soans, Assistant Professor, St Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangaluru has been awarded Ph.D. for her thesis titled “Decentralization and Economic Development: A Study in Karnataka State” under the guidance of Dr Shripathi Kalluraya, Finance Officer, Mangalore University.
She is the daughter of Mrs Vimala Soans and Mr J S Soans, Jappinamogaru and wife of Sandesh Dev, Lecturer, Boscoss PU College Mangaluru.
