On November 11, Hindu organizations staged a protest in front of the Ullal police station. BJP leader Jayaram Shetty said that there are continuous attacks on innocent people in the Ullal police station limits. The police should arrest the culprits and check their background. Those who have criminal records should be severely punished. Hindu youth have been targeted in Ullal and Konaje and there is no safety or security for them. The perpetrators of the crime should be severely punished. The protesters demanded the arrest of the culprits by November 15.

Later the BJP leaders met ACP Shruthi and submitted a memorandum to arrest the culprits.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel condemned the attack on RSS leader Ram Mohan. MP Nalin said that the congress government is responsible for the attack on the Hindu youth. When there are good officers in the district they have been transferred by using political influence, which has encouraged the criminals to commit more crime.
