KSCA Mangalore Zone Announces Under-19 Women’s Team for Inaugural Inter-Zonal Cricket Tournament
Mangaluru: In a landmark initiative to promote women’s cricket in Karnataka, the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) is set to conduct the first-ever Inter-Zonal Under-19 Women’s Cricket Tournament. The KSCA Mangalore Zone has announced its 15-member Under-19 Girls’ Team, along with six reserve players, for the inaugural tournament.
The tournament marks a historic milestone for women’s cricket in the state and is expected to provide a significant boost to the development of the sport in the Mangalore Zone. It will offer talented young cricketers an opportunity to compete at the inter-zonal level, gain valuable match experience, and showcase their skills before selectors.
The selected players represent the promising future of women’s cricket in the region and are expected to make the Mangalore Zone proud in the inaugural championship.
