Man found dead in Jayadurga Ranga Mandira Kannarpadi
Udupi: A man, aged around 42 years, was found dead in Jayadurga Ranga Mandira at Kannarpadi under mysterious circumstances on Sunday, June 19.
The deceased has been identified as Niranjan Shetty (42) resident of Kannarpadi Udupi. The incident came to light when passers-by found the body on the stage of Jayadurga Ranga Mandira and alerted the Malpe Police.
The Malpe police have found blood and marks on the body. The body has been sent for -postmortem. Police are awaiting the postmortem report to ascertain the cause of death. Udupi Circle inspector Shrikant visited the spot.
A case has been registered in Malpe Police station.
