Mangaluru: The new residential apartment project by N J Builders and Promoters, ‘N J Daffodil’, was inaugurated at Jayanagar, behind Infant Jesus Shrine, Bajjodi here, on July 24.
Mayor Jacintha Alfred inaugurated the project N J Daffodil by cutting the ribbon along with other dignitaries. Fr Elias D’Souza blessed the premises.
Addressing the gathering, mayor Jacintha said that N J Builders and Promoters are well known for their quality work in the construction industry. They have constructed commercial complexes, schools and churches. She further said that twenty years ago, the demand for apartments was very less. “But now, Mangaluru has become a fast growing city and people from other parts of the district, state and country come and settle here. There are also a number of students coming here to pursue their education. When people come to live in Mangaluru, they have their dream to own a house in the city. N J Builders provide quality apartments at affordable price,” she said.
She congratulated N J Builders and Promoters Chairman Noel, Managing Partner Vinod Pinto and also the entire team for successfully completing the project. She wished the occupants of N J Daffodil a pleasant stay.
Fr Elias speaking on the occasion said that as construction of a building requires sand, cement, stone and other materials, in the same way we need good characteristics, values to be a good human being. Fr Elias blessed all the apartments and wished the occupants a peaceful and happy stay.
Corporator Keshav Maroli also spoke on the occasion. The land owners Avlon Patrao and Arvind Shenoy were felicitated by Mayor Jacintha Alfred on the occasion. The contractor, site engineer, site supervisor, electrician, office staff and the Marketing head Canyut Fernandes were also facilitated.
