Mangaluru: The newly constructed SCDCC Co-operative Building ‘Uthkrasta Sahakari Saudha’ was inaugurated by the District Minister In-charge, Ramanath Rai, at Kodialbail here, on April 30.
The programme began with an invocation. The Chairman of SCDCC Bank, Dr M N Rajendra Kumar, welcomed the gathering.
To provide quick and efficient service to its customers, the Kodialbail branch was shifted to the newly built building. It was inaugurated by the Chairman of NABARD, Harsha Kumar Bhanwala. The IT Centre was inaugurated by Minister H S Mahadev Prasad. The Mohalli Shivaram Memorial Hall was inaugurated by the Minister for Urban Development Vinay Kumar Sorake. Late Mohalli Shivaram is the founder of SCDCC Bank. Minister for Health and Family Welfare U T Khader inaugurated the administrative block. The guest house was inaugurated by Minister Abhaychandra Jain and Chief General Manager of NABARD, M I Ganagi released the Centenary Souvenir.
Addressing the gathering, Ramanath Rai said that SCDCC bank has a history of 100 years in its service and thousands of people have benefited from this bank. He congratulated the Chairman and the entire team for their efforts in taking the bank towards success.
