MLA Vedavyas Kamath Inaugurates INLAND Apeiron
Mangaluru: INLAND Group held an inauguration ceremony of their newly constructed project INLAND Apeiron, Upscale Luxurious Apartments at Pinto’s Lane, Kadri Kambala Road here on December 10.
Speaking to the media persons Chairman and Managing Director of Inland Builders, Siraj said, “My aim is to complete all the projects by December 2021, recently we had inaugurated Inland Sunlight and Moonlight on Kavoor-Kuloor road, this is the second project we have inaugurated today and the third one will be inaugurated on December 22 at Puttur. Next year I have plans to start new projects in Mangaluru and Bengaluru”.
Siraj further said, “INLAND Apeiron is designed as a beautiful abode for those who value the importance of being close to the most important things in life such as friends, work, entertainment, transport facilities and shopping. Being a central place in the city we have 2BHK, 3 BHK and 2 1/2BHK flats equipped with the latest, upscale amenities. Mangaloreans are very particular about the outer look of the apartments and INLAND is constructing apartments according to the needs of its customers. I wish all the occupants in this building a pleasant stay”.
The project INLAND Apeiron was inaugurated by the MLA of Mangaluru South Constituency Vedavyas Kamath by cutting the ribbon.
Later a stage programme was held at the building premises. The programme began with an invocation. Director Wahaj Yusuf welcomed the gathering.
Addressing the gathering MLA Vedavyas Kamath said, “Today we have inaugurated the INLAND Apeiron, upscale luxurious 29 apartments project. I congratulate the Chairman of INLAND group Siraj Ahmed and his two sons Meraj Yusuf and Wahaj Yusuf for the beautiful project they have completed on time”.
MLA Vedavyas further said, “Many have dreams to own a house in the city and some want to stay in Apartments for safety reasons. Such apartments will fulfil the dreams of the people and also provide employment for people from all walks of life. Through the construction industry, masons, helpers, bar benders, electricians and painters will get jobs. Even the banks get the opportunity to provide loans to the contractor, builder and buyers. Builders have played a vital role in the development of the city. Even the CREDAI has played a vital role during the COVID pandemic by donating Ambulances and Oxygen plants to the district administration and PPE kits to labourers”.
MLA Vedavyas also said, “Due to COVID we had to face a lot of problems and we could not complete the Smart city work with the shortage of labourers. Most of the labourers come from the North and during the lockdown they all went back to their hometowns. In Kadri Kambala, Pinto’s Lane Road will soon be completely concreted. By 2025, Mangaluru city will be completely developed under the smart city project. The District administration and the elected representatives will co-operate with CREDAI in the development of the city”.

Let INLAND group spread its wings in other states of the country and construct beautiful projects. I wish Siraj and his sons all the very best”, said MLA Vedavyas.
Area Corporator Sudheer Shetty and President of CREDAI Puspraj Jain also spoke on the occasion. Architect Suresh Pai, Contractor Mahabala, Engineer Anil Hegde and Architect of Apeiron, Sagar were felicitated by Chairman and Managing Director Siraj Ahamed, Directors Meraj Yusuf and Wahaj Yusuf on the occasion.
