MRPL and EIL Sign Strategic MoA to Accelerate Growth in Refining, Petrochemicals, and Renewable Energy Sectors

MRPL and EIL Sign Strategic MoA to Accelerate Growth in Refining, Petrochemicals, and Renewable Energy Sectors

New Delhi: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) and Engineers India Limited (EIL) have entered into a landmark partnership by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on June 3, 2025, at EIL Headquarters, New Delhi.

The MoA was signed by Shri B Sudarshan, ED-Refinery, MRPL, and Shri Arul Raj, Group General Manager (Marketing and Business Development), EIL, in the esteemed presence of Shri Mundkur Shyamprasad Kamath, MD, MRPL, and Ms. Vartika Shukla, C&MD, EIL.

The collaboration paves the way for engineering Consultancy services and technical support in the Refinery and upcoming projects of MRPL, including critical sectors such as petrochemicals, Biofuels, Renewables, Energy transition projects, and Marketing Infrastructure.

Together, MRPL and EIL are set to power India’s growth story in the Hydrocarbon and Renewable energy landscape
