Ninety Persons Test Positive For Coronavirus In Udupi District
Udupi: Ninety Coronavirus positive cases have been reported in Udupi district on July 11, taking the total number of positive cases to 1567.
Of the 90 cases eight of them had travelled to Maharashtra, two have inter-district travel history, two of them had travelled from Dubai and Bengaluru nd 75 contracted the virus through local persons who had tested positive for the coronavirus.
All the 90 persons are shifted to the designated COVID hospital for further treatment.
The number of active cases in the district has now gone up to 319. So far, 1245 patients have been discharged from the hospital after complete recovery, and three persons have succumbed to COVID-19 in the district.
