NIPM Mangaluru Chapter Initiates Humanitarian CSR Activities for Workers’ Day
Mangaluru: In recognition of Workers’ Day on May 1st, the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Mangaluru Chapter is proud to announce its commitment to humanitarian initiatives as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. Following the successful execution of several professional development activities, including NATCON 2024, the chapter aims to extend its support to the community through meaningful contributions.
This year, NIPM Mangaluru Chapter will organize two significant CSR activities:
- Free Medical Camp: In collaboration with Fr. Mullers Hospital, a free medical camp will be held for tanker and truck drivers at Kana, Surathkal. This initiative will provide essential health check-ups and services, along with a health education session aimed at promoting awareness and preventive care among these vital members of our workforce.
- Cloth Collection Drive: In association with NIPM Student Chapters spread over several colleges, will conduct a cloth collection drive. The collected items will be distributed to needy children and destitute homes throughout the district, ensuring that those in need receive warmth and support.
- Road safety awareness programs will also be organized to educate the community about safe driving practices and the importance of adhering to traffic regulations.
