Priyanka gets jittery before singing at IIFA stage 

Mumbai, June 25 (IANS) Bollywood’s ‘desi’ girl Priyanka Chopra says she is a bunch of nerves before performing at the ongoing 17th edition of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards event in Madrid.

The actress, who is making waves in the international circuit, took to Twitter to share her views and information about her “crazy” schedules.

She posted: “An all nighter seems to be my way of life! Crazy rehearsals for #IIFA2016! And nerves to be singing for the first time…Let the games begin.”

The four-day film extravaganza will conclude with a colourful and exuberant awards ceremony on Sunday.

The actress also met a fan of hers on the foreign shores. She posted: “Was lovely to meet you Curra Ripolles… Just wish you hadn’t cried.. Much love always.”

From her singles, TV series “Quantico”, Hollywood debut “Baywatch” to her presence at this year’s Oscar ceremony — Piggy Chops is going great guns!

Nargis’s guilty pleasure

Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri is regretting some of her choices – and it is not about her personal or professional life.

The actress, who is currently in New York, kept her diet aside to eat a chocolate bar and chips. Soon enough, she went on a guilt trip.

The “Rockstar” actress also posted an image of the leftovers.

She tweeted: “Regretting some of my choices in life…I wish I ate the banana instead…darn it.”

To this, her “Housefull 3” co-star Abhishek Bachchan said: “Nargis Fakhri you can never regret eating a Kit Kat”.

On the big screen, Nargis will soon be seen in “Banjo” along with Riteish Deshmukh.

Bhandarkar to start shooting ‘Main, Indu’ soon

After “Calender Girls”, National Award winning filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar will soon start shooting for his next project “Main, Indu”.

The director shared the status of his project on micro-blogging site Twitter.

He posted: “After 41 years of #Emergency, an untold story ‘Main,Indu’ – starting soon.”

It has been reported that the film will narrate a story with the Emergency period as the backdrop. The cast has not been announced yet.
