Sabyasachi wants Rekha to be his showstopper 

Mumbai, Feb 16 (IANS) Ace designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee says he would like veteran cine icon Rekha to be his muse for a fashion show this year.

He spoke about the Bollywood diva during his appearance in “BFFs With Vogue”, which airs on Colors Infinity, read a statement from the channel.

Asked who would he want to have as his showstopper in 2018, Sabyasachi said he wishes for Rekha to do it.

In the segment ‘Scary Spice’, Sabyasachi said that he thinks actress Anushka Sharma carried his wedding trousseau better than actress Vidya Balan.

Actress Malaika Arora says she once bought something really expensive, used it and returned it later.

The actress made the confession when she became part of the show “Vh1 Inside Access”, read a statement from the channel.

On being asked whether she has bought something expensive and wore it and returned it, Malaika took a long pause and said: “Ahh…Yes!”

Debutant Rahul Sharma battled family’s ‘log kya kahenge’ fear

Actor Rahul Sharma, who will debut with a project titled “X Ray – the Inner Image”, says his parents wanted him to take up a traditional career path as a medical professional. But he was always passionate about acting.

Rahul nursed an interest in acting and modelling right from the raw age of 13.

“I hail from Jaipur, Rajasthan and our realities are very different. I had to shoulder familial responsibilities and studying further was what was expected of me. So I took up Bachelor in Mass Media,” Rahul said in a statement.

“I went to Kota for preparation of medical, and then gave an entrance exam for a medical college in Mumbai as well. But thankfully the line I dreamed of, opened its doors for me.”

Rahul has featured in five music videos.

“I had to really convince my parents to let me get into acting and at the same time tackle their ‘log kya kahenge’ fear,” said Rahul, who wanted to pursue his dream with approval from his parents.

“It was hard convincing them but eventually they understood this is what I was meant to do.”

“X Ray – The Inner Image” is a thriller directed by Rajiv S Ruia.
