Many of the parents are addicted to smoking, drinks, eating pan etc which brings an adverse effect on their children. We are trying to sensitize the students about the traffic violations and bad habits so that they can tell their parents about it.”

Mohan also said that many students are afraid of the police, we need to remove the fear from their minds through such interactions. During the sensitization programme we have briefed them on how the police work to prevent crime and maintain law and order situation in the society. We have also briefed them about the traffic rules and how to follow them.

ACP Tilakchandra also said, “Today we have organized a sensitization programme to the students of D K District Panchayat Higher Primary School. When they first came to the police station they were nervous to talk to us. When we asked, how many of them were afraid of the police most of the students raised their hands.
