Udupi: The second Daily Needs Super Market was inaugurated at Parkala Herga Road here on Monday, September 28.
The supermarket was inaugurated by P Srinivas Upadhyaya, Managing Trustee of Mahalingeshwara Temple Parkala, by cutting the ribbon, while Dr Kiran Acharya, Professor and Head of The Unit, KMAC Manipal, lighted the traditional lamp.
Jayakar Shetty Indrali (General Manager Badagabettu Credit Co-operative Society Udupi), Fr Francis Louis (parish priest of Christ Church Manipal), Abdulla Athrady (Proprietor Abdulla Catering Atrady), Dinakar Shetty Herga (Councillor and ex- President Udupi Municipal Council), Ramesh B M (Chief Manager Karanataka Bank Regional Office, Udupi), Sumithra Nayak (Councillor – Municipal Council Udupi) were the chief guests of the function and wished success to the new supermarket.
