Unable to Bear Harassment, Tamil Actress Vijaya Lakshmi attempts Suicide
Chennai: In a shocking incident, a Tamil actress attempted Suicide by consuming BP tablets after recording the video mentioning the reason for her death on social media on July 26.
On July 26, Vijaya Lakshmi recorded a video and released it on the social media accusing the leader of Naam Thamizhar party Seeman and Hari Nadar for harassing her. In the video, Vijaya Lakshmi claimed that she had consumed pills to end her life because Seeman was harassing her since she is from Karnataka. She also requested to arrest both Seeman and Hari Nadar for harassing her online.
Vijaya Lakshmi also said in the video, “Because of Seeman and Hari I am under stress from the last four months. Both have humiliated me in social media. I have consumed three BP tablets, my BP will go down, and I will die. I love you all. I want both Seeman and Hari to be punished.”
After the incident, Vijaya Lakshmi was admitted to the hospital in Chennai for treatment.
