Urwa Police Arrest Interstate Criminal
Mangaluru: The Urwa police have arrested an interstate criminal in connection with a theft case in the Urwa station limits here on December 9.
The arrested has been identified as Manjunath (49), a native of Davanagere.
According to the police, Manjunath was arrested in connection with a theft case in the Urwa police station limits. The police have recovered 4 gold bangles, 2 gold coins, 2 silver rings and cash Rs 66,000 all worth Rs 2.36 lakh from his possession.
He has also committed a crime in Chennai and a warrant has been issued by the Chennai police.
