Mangaluru: Ms. Reshel Bretny Fernandes, a promising young author and accomplished orator, recently presented her latest book, “Bharat @ 2047,” to Sri Vedavyasa Kamath, Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Mangalore South.
