Youth Arrested for Filming Woman Having Bath on Mobile
Mangaluru: The Mulki police arrested a Sangh Parivar activist for filming his neighbour woman’s video while she was having a bath.
The arrested has been identified as Sumanth Poojary (22), a resident of Pakshikere, Hoskadu. It is learnt that he is an active member of the Hindu Jagran Vedike, Pakshikere unit.
The incident took place at Hoskadu, Pakshikere, under Kemral Gram Panchayat at 11 pm on Wednesday, August 2 and came to light on Friday, August 4.
It is said that the accused Sumanth, was recording the video of the woman, his neighbour, while she was having a bath. It is also learnt that the woman noticed the mobile camera and screamed. He was immediately caught red-handed by his neighbours.
Later, the neighbours informed the Mulki police. The Mulki police reached the spot and took Sumanth into their custody. The police have seized the mobile which was used for the crime.
The accused was produced before the court and remanded to judicial custody.
