In his talk, he referred to Role Models like Steve Jobs & Bill Gates and urged the participants to inculcate their values and thought process in our daily living. He stressed on the issue of “Educated Unemployables” and the role of Teachers in this challenging situation of meeting the talent requirements.

He emphasized that as Teachers, our priority should be on developing Content for the curriculum rather than delivery of the content. He said Curriculum & Content work in synergy as the Teacher’s role would be to transform the intangibles into tangibles. He also encouraged the teachers to upgrade the quality of teaching pedagogy year after year. Content comes into LIFE through the expertise and competency of a teacher and one should use innovative pedagogy so that it reaches the student. He also expressed his finding that “Anything done without passion is better not done” and also “Anything done that cannot be measured is again better not done”.
