Zilla Nagarika Samiti Pays Tribute to Subedar Paramjit Singh and Prem Sagar
Udupi: The Zilla Nagarika Samiti along with the ex-servicemen paid floral tributes to the portraits of Naib Subedar Paramjit Singh and Head Constable Prem Sagar who were beheaded by Pakistani forces in the Poonch sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.
Members of the Zilla Nagaraika Samithi and ex-servicemen association gathered at the Chittaranjan circle and condemned Pakistani sponsored attacks on the Indian soldiers. Later they paid floral tributes by observing a one-minute silence.
Ex-servicemen, Colonel Ramachandra Rao, Ganesh Rao, Raghupathi Rao, Ganpayya, Sadhu Kunder, Dayananda Poojary, Krishna Acharya, K Maruthi, Nithyananda Volakadu of Nagarika Samiti, Vinaychandra of Sasthana Mitraru and others were present.
