KCCI Invites SME Founders and Managing Directors for Two-Day Executive Workshop on Growth
Mangaluru: The Kanara Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI), Mangaluru, in partnership with InUnity and the Mangai Foundation, is organising a two-day executive workshop exclusively for SME founders and managing directors. Titled “Leading the Next Phase of Growth,” the workshop will focus on helping business leaders address challenges, identify growth opportunities, and develop an actionable roadmap for the future.

The workshop will be held on Friday and Saturday, September 18 and 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the KCCI Meeting Hall, Bunder, Mangaluru. Participation is free, and registration will begin at 9:30 a.m.
The sessions will be conducted by Shruthi Ranganath and Krishna N. Venkitaraman, Co-Founders of the Mangai Foundation, who bring professional experience from organisations including McKinsey, HEC Paris and Infosys.
Speaking about the programme, P.B. Ahmed Mudassar, President, KCCI, said: “This is a one-of-a-kind programme that combines training, hands-on learning, and a structured 90-day action plan. It enables participants to step back from the day-to-day operations of their business, objectively diagnose its strengths and gaps, and identify the key measures required for growth.
