Man Sexually Abuses Minor Girl, Arrested
Beltangady: A man has been arrested under the POCSO Act for sexually abusing a minor girl under the Beltangady station limits here on March 3.
The arrested has been identified as Satish Acharya from Balenja.
According to the complaint, the accused Satish assured to solve the land problems of the victims family. Satish befriended the victim and asked her to come to his office to study during the holidays.
Satish also said that he would help her in her studies and took her to his office where he sexually abused her. The victim, a college student filed a case against Satish in the Beltangady police station.
On March 3, the police filed a case and arrested Satish under the POCSO Act.
