Mangaluru: A elderly person lost consciousness while driving the car and the car hit an Signal Light pole and came to a halt, at Lalbagh here on January 6.
According to the police, the aged person was driving from Ballalbagh to Ladyhill. When his car reached near Lalbagh, he lost consciousness, the car moved on without control and hit the electric pole.
The traffic police immediately arrived at the spot, While they were taking the man out of the car, they found him in a semi-conscious state.
The old man was then shifted to a hospital.
