ಕಳವು ಪ್ರಕರಣ: ಇಬ್ಬರು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳ ಬಂಧನ

ಮಂಗಳೂರು: ನಗರದ ಬೊಕ್ಕಪಟ್ಣ ಬಳಿ ಶಂಕಾಸ್ಪದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರುಗಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕಳವು ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬರ್ಕೆ ಪೋಲಿಸರು ಬುಧವಾರ ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬಂಧಿತರನ್ನು ಉಳ್ಳಾಲ ನಿವಾಸಿ ನಿಯಾಝ (26) ಮತ್ತು ತೊಕ್ಕಟ್ಟು ಸೇವಂತಿಗುಡ್ಡೆಯ ಶಮೀರ್ (36) ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಬಂಧಿತರಿಂದ ತಲಾ 12 ಗ್ರಾಂ ತೂಕದ 2 ಕರಿಮಣಿ ಸರ, 1 ಬೈಕ್, 4 ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇದರ ಮೌಲ್ಯ 1,11,000 ಎಂದು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸರಗಳ್ಳತನ ಮತ್ತು ಕಳ್ಳತನ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ಬರ್ಕೆ ಅಪರಾಧ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಎಸ್ಸೈ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ದಳದ ಎಸ್ಶೈ ಭರತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬಂದಿ ವರ್ಗವು ಬುಧವಾರ ಬೊಕ್ಕಪಟ್ಣ ಚರ್ಚ್ ಬಳಿ ಶಂಕಾಸ್ಪದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರುಗಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಇಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ತೀವ್ರ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಆವಾಗ ಇಬ್ಬರ ಬಳಿಯೂ ಒಂದೋಂದು ಚಿನ್ನದ ಕರಿಮಣಿ ಸರ ಪತ್ತೆ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಿದಾಗ ವರ್ಷದ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬೈಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರಳುವಾಗ ಗಾಂಧಿನಗರ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂಟಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಕರಿಮಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಸ್ಟೇಶನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲಿಸುವ ರೈಲಿನಿಂದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯ ಕರಿಮಣಿ ಕಸಿದರು ಪರಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್ಸೈ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಕೆ, ಸಿಬಂದಿಗಳಾದ ಗಣೇಶ್, ರಾಜೇಶ್, ಕಿಶೋರ್ ಕೋಟ್ಯಾನ್, ಜಯರಾಮ್, ಸುನಿಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ದೇವರಾಜನ್, ಕಿಶೋರ್ ಪೂಜಾರಿ, ನಾಗರಾಜ್, ಮಹೇಶ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.

    I wonder how long would it take for our ‘journalists’ and ‘secular’ groups to acknowledge disproportionate involvement of one particular community in crimes starting from Vimaana nildaana to chain snatching in city area. In an intellectually honest society, this would have been openly discussed. Unfortunately, in a thirdworld country, such questions or discussions would be swiftly censored.

Interestingly it is not first time MP Chief Minister picture appeared but last time ‘saffron terror’ convicts are found having meeting were widely circulated.
    The information coming out into the public domain is absolutely shocking. It appears that those issuing certificates of patriotism themselves have a lot to answer for. Even as the BJP and RSS liberally dole out anti-national labels to others, in reality it is them who have links to the ISI, as this Madhya Pradesh case has exposed. Dhruv Saxena, Manish Gandhi and Mohit Aggarwal were active workers of the BJP.”
    If BJP is serious about national interest Supreme court appointed independent probe with day to day hearing of hearing captured digitally by neutral judges should be appointed.
