Los Angeles, March 28 (IANS) Actress Jennifer Aniston says she gets up early in the morning for her “pretty intense” workout session.
The “Friends” star shared her fitness mantra with Well+Good magazine. She also said that she has a personal trainer to make sure she is always exercising, reports mirror.co.uk.
She said: “If I’m working, I’m up at 4:30 – 5 a.m. If not, between 8 and 9 a.m., because I’m a late-night person. But usually when I wake up, I’ll make my standard cup of hot water with a slice of lemon in there.
“Then I’ll go do a workout of some sort. I have a trainer, a wonderful woman who I do this spin-yoga class (with). We spin for half an hour, and then do yoga for 40 minutes. That’s pretty intense.”
The “Horrible Bosses” actress added: “Then I go to a gym, where I do strength training or just my own thing on the treadmill, the bike, or the elliptical, just to change things up.”
The actress also shared details about her breakfast routine, revealing she is a big fan of protein shakes.
Aniston, who got married to Justin Theroux, said: “Usually I’ll have a shake, with some sort of pure protein, then bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a vegetable mix of dynamic greens that goes in there, maca powder, and a little cacao.
“If I don’t have a shake, I’ll just have some toast and poached eggs with some avocado. Or millet cereal with almond milk and bananas – it’s really yummy, and you can get it hot for winter months.”
Madonna turns to 25-year-old model for comfort
Pop star Madonna, 57, is said to be smitten with a 25-year-old model, in whose company she is finding comfort in the midst of a custody dispute.
Madonna is in a custody dispute over her son Rocco with her former husband Guy Ritchie.
In between all this, she is said to have been spending a lot of time with Aboubakar Soumahoro, a model with razor-sharp cheekbones and rock-hard abs, who used to work as a shop assistant in Harrods, reports mirror.co.uk.
Madonna’s friends have claimed that the two were introduced by a mutual friend at a showbiz party in November last year, and weeks later, Soumahoro visited the 57-year-old singer at her home here.
Soumahoro, who is from the Ivory Coast and is known to his friends as Brooklin, was also at her side during the South American leg of her Rebel Heart tour.
“They were at a party together back in November when they got chatting, and hit it off straight away. Over the next few weeks, they got together a couple more times and she invited him over to her place, where they sat up all night talking.
“The next thing we heard, he had quit his job and had gone out to meet her on tour. It’s obviously a very close friendship,” said one of Madonna’s friend.
A spokesman for Madonna declined to comment on claims of her latest relationship.
Emily Blunt not keen on nudity
Actress Emily Blunt, who is pregnant, says she will be less inclined to strip down for the camera post delivery.
Blunt’s forthcoming role as Rachel in the film of thriller “The Girl on the Train” may not be very child-friendly, but asked if motherhood is making her turn down roles that she would once have accepted, the actress said: “I think so”.
“Too racy would be one thing I wouldn’t go for now. I am not so keen on doing nudity, because I am not 22 any more. And actually it is not so much a moral thing as I have done it before and do I really want to do it again?’, telegraph.co.uk quoted Blunt as saying.
The 33-year-old added: “Does it serve the film or is it gratuitous and seeing someone’s t*ts for the sake of it? Because I don’t think it is necessary most of the time. Also playing violent or racist characters would be hard for me now.”
Blunt is married to actor and writer John Krasinski.
Niall Horan takes tube ride in London
One Direction singer Niall Horan sent his fans on the virtual world into a frenzy when he shared a selfie of himself riding the tube here.
The Irish singer shared a selfie on himself on his Snapchat account which saw him sat on a Northern line tube with other commuters seemingly unaware of his presence, reports dailymail.co.uk.
The 22-year-old wore a green jacket and a tweed flat cap in the picture, which read: “Tube”.
His fans couldn’t hide their reactions to the image as one tweeted: “Imagine seeing Niall Horan on the tube. Just. Take a second and really truly imagine it.”
Another quipped: “Lol at everyone on the tube that has no clue Niall Horan is a couple feet away from them.”
Horan has been keeping a relatively low profile since One Direction parted ways to enjoy an extended hiatus.
