Los Angeles, March 8 (IANS) Former “The Only Way Is Essex” star Maria Fowler is expecting her first child with her boyfriend Kelvin Batey.
Fowler took to Twitter to reveal that she and her Batey are expecting their first child together later this year, following a whirlwind romance, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Fowlers, 29, tweeted: “As its Mother’s Day, Kelvin Batey and I are pleased to announce a new addition is on its way later this year (sic).”
She added a baby emoji to her tweet and also shared a photograph of her and Batey’s Converse-clad feet with a matching pair for the child.
Have Daisy Lowe, Thomas Cohen split up?
Model Daisy Lowe and her boyfriend Thomas Cohen have reportedly split up after just a few months of dating.
The 27-year-old model had only been dating musician Cohen, 25, the widower of her late best friend Peaches Geldof, since the beginning of the year but the romance has already “fizzled out”.
“This is a relationship that could have a chance in the future. It’s fizzled out at the moment because Daisy has lots of modelling jobs and Thom has got the kids and is planning more solo gigs,” mirror.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
“They are both busy, but they get on really well and are still close friends. A relationship just wasn’t working out for them at the moment,” the source added.
However, friends have not ruled out the possibility of Lowe and Cohen rekindling their romance in the future.
Zac Efron goes shirtless on ‘Baywatch’ set
Actor Zac Efron went shirtless while filming his newest movie “Baywatch”.
The actor proudly showed off his bulging biceps and washboard abs, and he let his fans drool over his physique by sharing on Instagram some photographs from the set, reports aceshowbiz.com.
He first posted an image of himself wearing nothing but black shorts.
“Honestly I have a hard time with paparazzi but s/o to this dude,” Efron captioned the photograph.
The 28-year-old later shared another shirtless image of him while participating in a tire flipping competition against his co-star, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
“‘Blood, sweat and respect. The first two you give, the last one you earn.’ Learned that from ‘The Rock’, who I happened to get in a tire flipping race with on ‘Baywatch’,” he captioned the photograph.
The movie’s shooting is currently underway in Boca Raton, Florida. Besides Efron and Johnson, the film also stars Priyanka Chopra, Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach and Ilfenesh Hadera.
“Baywatch” is set for a May 19, 2017 release in the US.
Caitlyn Jenner worried men wouldn’t want to date her
Transgender reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner says she is worried that men would not want to date her.
The 66-year-old reality TV star, who was known as Bruce Jenner before her gender transition last year, already has three ex-wives but joked she is looking for an ex-husband, although she is afraid that her high profile could put men off, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Speaking on the opening episode of the second season of her show “I Am Cait”, she said: “Can you imagine if I actually had a date and walked out of a movie theater on a quiet Wednesday night holding hands with somebody? I think they would be really tough on me, and certainly really tough on the guy.
“It just gets so complicated because of the media. I don’t know any guy who would even want to go through something like that.”
Admitting that she no longer wants to date women, Caitlyn said: “I’ve been there, done that. Got three very strong ex-wives. I just don’t see it … now I can have an ex-husband.”
Hugh Hefner’s wife diagnosed with Lyme disease
Playboy boss Hugh Hefner’s wife Crystal Harris has been diagnosed with Lyme disease, a bacterial infection spread by ticks.
Harris has appealed for fans to get tested for the condition, which can affect the skin, joints, heart, and nervous system – after learning she had contracted it.
“If you have ever gone hiking, please get tested for Lyme disease… I was diagnosed a few days ago and have a long road ahead of me.
“Supposedly you get it from ticks but I have absolutely no recollection of being bit or having a rash or anything,” Harris wrote on her instagram account.
She added: “Most importantly there are so many of you carrying Lyme that don’t even know you have it. Probably because the ticks can be the size of specs. I always thought of ticks to be big and noticeable.
“The symptoms are vast and when it has been left untreated for a long time can turn into MS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Dementia and ALS. Symptoms can range from sore muscles, sore back, sore neck, anxiety, fatigue, heart palpitations, muscle twitches, bladder pain, vision or hearing problems, swollen lymph nodes, flu like symptoms, brain fog, memory problems. Having just one of these could mean you have Lyme. Please please get tested. (sic)”
She is relieved to have a diagnosis after years of being told it was “all in her head” and feeling like a “hypochondriac”.
She added: “It is a disease so many people are living with and is becoming an epidemic. I always thought I was a hypochondriac. Doctors told me it was just “stress” or “all in my head” but I finally figured it out and you can too.
“Lyme is also related to syphilis and can be sexually transmitted and also passed from mother to child during pregnancy. Lyme Disease lyme warrior.”
