Udupi: HD Kumarswamy is more concerned in picking up personal issues to play politics said Former Chief Minister and MP Veerappa Moily. He was speaking to the mediapersons on his way to attend the Women Convention organized by District Women Congress at the Town Hall here on February 13.

While answering to a question raised on Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s watch costing 70 lakhs. Veerappa Moily said that has any one given technical opinion on the watch, politicians should neglect personal issues and should focus on political issues.

Former union ministers SM Krishna and Janardhan Poojary have appreciated Siddaramaiah’s work; senior leaders give in suggestions and it cannot be called that there are unhappy over the state governments work. While asked on the senior leader’s statement saying there are no efficient leaders in Congress in the state, he said that the person who speaks about efficient should recognize efficient leaders.

While asked on Yedurappas’s statement saying there is dissent in Congress, he said that there is no dissent in Congress our culture is not of dissent, he added.

The election mood is in favor of the district Congress. We will regain power in the ZP, he added.
